Grazing Table Facts

Grazing Tables provide a unique dining experience to all of life's events We pride ourselves in preparing and styling each graze as a piece of art. Each grazing table is personalized and styled to our client's desires and we work together to accommodate all requests

Due to the amount of food used to create a grazing table effect and with food cost and waste in mind, we recommend our grazing tables be a minimum of 20 guests

Please keep in mind that our tables are intended for grazing and not a meal substitution.

Please feel free to reach out to us should you prefer a grazing table for less people.

The volume of food is based upon guest count. If you will have additional food, please let us know and we will recommend the best table size for your event.

We can incorporate many of our cold canapés and 'one-bite' creations in your table build, but we are unable to accommodate any warm food. Don't fret, we can certainly add on platters of our favorite hot food platters, they will just be displayed separately.

Avant Garde will arrive 1 - 1 1/2 hours prior to your event start time to set up and style. Our costs includes delivery, loan of platters bowls, boards, live floral and other décor to make your display a success.

Take down is the responsibility of the host. Avant Garde will be happy to meet at the event space or elsewhere within 5 days for the return of all loaned items, which must be washed prior to pick-up. Any live floral used are for the host to keep.

In final, to secure your date, a 50% deposit is required and full payment is due 10days prior to the event.
